Ogana Admonishes Christians Not To Deviate From God
- Fetes Widows, Children, Others With Gift Items On Birthday.
The need for all individuals, especially Christians not to deviate from their vows and relationship with God has been stressed.
The founder of Ogana Foundation, Pastor Ambrose Idowu Ogana stated this while speaking with newsmen in Sapele, the Administrative Headquarters of Sapele Local Government Area of Delta State.
Pastor Ogana said that God instructed them to celebrate his birthday in a church in Agbarho, Ughelli North Local Government Area this year where he empowered widows and less privileged with wrappers and other gift items .
He noted that as part of his birthday anniversary, he visited Agbarho General Hospital , bought clothes for newborn babies and also supported the sick , before proceeding to Okere prison in Warri to meet with the inmates to preach the word of God with them and present gift items to them .
He recalled that in 2023 , he empowered over 1000 widows with wrappers, adding that he would sustain the gesture yearly
Pastor Ogana told the inmates to change from crimes whenever they regained freedom and embrace God wholeheartedly for their own good and benefits of the society.
He explained that in appreciation of what he did in Agbarho community for the widows and the less privileged, the king of Agbarho kingdom invited and honoured him with commendations .
Pastor Ambrose Idowu Ogana revealed that the reason for this yearly exercise was occasioned by the vow he made to God years back the if Almighty God could bless him, he too will pay Him back by reaching out to the needy yearly on his birthday on August 10th every year.
He added that in keeping with the vows, God has never failed him at all as he he gets richer every other day .
