Okolie Peter Isioma was appointed as the Senior Investment Analyst with Delta State Investment Development Agency by His Excellency, Sen A. I Okowa in August 2020, particularly to help in evaluating, promoting, analzing and monitoring Investment Development Decisions of the State.
He was later assigned the special project Director in DIDA.
Peter Isioma Okolie has over 24 years post graduate working experience and holds a Master’s Degree (MBA), in Banking and Finance, from Imo State University Owerri; a Post graduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), from National Open University and a Higher National Diploma (HND), in Accountancy from Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) Enugu.
He is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultant, a Certified Management Consultant, a leadership Academic Graduate, JCI Ghana and a Certified Trainer, JCI South Africa. He has attended a Corporate Social responsibility course in Osaka Japan, an Investors Forum in Houston, Texas and Louisiana, USA.
He was the Pioneer State Chairman of Nigeria Electricity Regulatory Commissions Forum for all Electricity Consumers Complain Forum for BEDC and NERC Forum, Delta State, between 2017 and 2020 where he handled over 1,000 complaints. This is a statutory arbitration procedure between BEDC and their Consumers under the department of NERC consumer forum.
Peter Isioma Okolie has specialized in Management Consulting, Power Engineering Services, Capacity Building, Educational and Financial Services. He is on the board of Zulu Global System Limited, E-Fast Global Services, and Great-Favor Group of Schools.
He is also the Vice President Asaba Chamber of Commerce Industry Mines and Agriculture (ASACCIMA) and the Executive Secretary of Delta Association of Chambers of Commerce Industries and Agriculture for the whole organized private sector in Delta State.
A Strategic Partner to Wider Perspectives Limited, Management Consultants Port Harcourt, Peter Isioma Okolie later became the MD/CEO, Zulu Global System limited, a management Consulting Firm and Financial Services Organization.
He is a former Supervisory Councilor for Youths, Sports and Culture, Aniocha North LGA and later became the Chairman Aniocha North LGA Sports Committee in 2002.
Peter Isioma Okolie is also a member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria and in 2014 he established Great Favor Montessori Group of Schools, recognized for various government approved external examination.
He is also a former President of Issele-Azagba Youths Association, Former President IMT Colligate Jaycees, the General Secretary, Issele-Azagba Development Union, Former Financial Secretary Aniocha/Oshimili Student Association and former President Rotary Club of Asaba Government House, a Paul Harris Fellow, former President of Junior Chamber International, Asaba, Executive Vice President of Junior Chamber International, Area C, a present JCI Senator and a member of 63 Brigade Officers Mess, as well as a Member of Police Community Relation Committee.
He is a recipient of several awards locally and internationally and was appointed by His Excellency Sen Dr. A I Okowa, as a Justice of Peace of Delta State Government.
Peter isioma Okolie was a member of PDP and a Ward Campaign Chairman for 2019 and 2023 successfully.
He is Married to Jane Ekene Okolie (Mrs.) and their union is blessed with children,
